A Residential Sample Project by Revit

This side project involves preparing a complete working drawing set for a double-storey residential dwelling located on Cranbourne Avenue, Sunshine North, Victoria. The project was developed as a self-initiated learning exercise to strengthen my understanding of Australian residential construction practices, documentation standards, and buildability considerations.

The scope includes 3D modelling, floor plans, roof plans, elevations, sections, and window and door schedules, developed to a level suitable for construction coordination and quantity take-off. The drawings demonstrate a clear understanding of spatial planning, structural layout, material selection, and coordination between architectural elements.
